Registration Form
September 2012-May 2013 2nd Saturday of the Month (except May 2013)
This program is provided at no cost to families. Specifically for siblings ages 8-middle school, this allows siblings of children with special needs an opportunity to meet other siblings in a relaxed, recreational setting. The above Registration Form MUST be completed before your child attends. To register your child/ren, please contact Beth at 919-560-3000 or email beth@familysupportonline.org.
